This profile is a low gamma version of ProPhoto RGB. It is used to recover severely underexposed images, using a technique developed by Dan Margulis called pseudo profiling.

To use this profile, copy it to your system's color profile folder - on my system this folder is C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color. It will then be available for assignment in Photoshop's Assign Profile... command.
