This one started in HSB and used the highlight and shadow thresholds on the saturation curve.

OK, I spoke too soon. This one you pushed too far...see the screen shots below. When the Orange turns blood red well we have a problem there...also the greens in the stem go way over to blue...
Go gently and see if you can just enhance shape without blowing out the color. HSB is a interesting color space but it can be very heavy handed.
