If you have purchased Curvemeister, the example images are installed on your hard drive, and you may open them directly in Photoshop before starting Curvemeister..

Unless you specified otherwise during the install process, the images are loacated in:
c:\Program Files\Curvemeister\Example Images

If you are using the demo, the images may be accessed from the Curvemeister web site as described below

Scroll down to see the procedure to open the original image used in this example using either Internet Explorer or Netscape .

Use the procedure for your browser to save this image to your hard drive.

Internet Explorer:

Opening the Sample Image

  1. Right click on the above image.
  2. A popup menu will appear (see illustration on right)..
  3. Select the Copy option from the popup menu.
  4. Start Photoshop if necessary.
  5. In Photoshop, click on the File>New menu item to create a new, empty image.
  6. In Photoshop, click on the Edit>Paste menu item.
  7. Voila! Your original image is now ready and waiting.


Use Internet Explorer's copy menu item to copy the image to the clipboard, in preparation for opening the image in Photoshop.

The exact appearance of this menu will vary, depending on the version of Internet Explorer you have installed.


If you prefer, you may save the image to your hard drive, and then open it using Photoshop's File>Open menu item. This is the procedure described below for Netscape.

Netscape:

Opening the Sample Image

  1. Right click on the above image.
  2. A popup menu will appear (see illustration on right)..
  3. Select the Save As... option from the popup menu.
  4. Save the image to a known location on your hard drive. For example, on most windows systems you may save to the folder named c:\temp.
  5. Start Photoshop if necessary.
  6. In Photoshop, click on the File>Open menu item, and load the image you just saved in step 4..
  7. Voila! You are ready to curve the image.

Netscape will save the image to a specified file. You may then open the file that you saved in Photoshop.
