Thank you Frits, please let me know you did it.
It is amazing that the photo on site here does not look any thing like it does directing on my computer. It looses something in the uploading.

Barry Pettinger,

it was easy,
I downloaded the photo and saved.
Then I  make a message to you and did Additional Options
For the Additional Options you see direct under the message you send.
It can't miss.
when you click on it you see possibilities to upload 8 pictures, when you click more Attachments
But all the pictures together may not exceed 200KB
-------
Your picture is 49 KB.
You have uploaded a small picture. You can get to 200 Kb for for that picture.
Perhaps that is the reason that detail loses on your picture ??

No I did not see the "additional Options" at the bottom. I was trying the insert buttons by the "message icon" section.
           Thanks Frits and Mike. ;D

Additional options is at the bottom left corner of the "Post Reply" window.  As far as I know, there is no option to hide this.

The Image button allows you to insert a hyperlink to an image inside your text.

Done mostly with channel mixer layer. After that a bit of touch up with colour balance layer.

That mostly dealt with the yellow colour cast. I then used the smudge tool to fill in some of the extreme highlights and blurred some of the pixels to soften things up a bit.

Don,

Very nice  - the skin tone in particular is very natural now.
