so I go farther, but it is difficult.
so I did again a changing the hat-color and after that a snapshot and a history brush.
After that the face is on some places to mangenta.
I tried to minimize that and again doing that with CM and snapshot and history brush.
After that a little  more contast and Noise Ninja to vanish to the most noise-particles.

Perhaps, it is also better to isolate the child above the hat and on the right and give him there sand.

So be it. I am not satisfied and it cost me to much time.
I like a quicker methode. Wo nows that?
I  have a lot of identical problems with scanned images.
