Make the shirt Grey and the lips more normal and you will have made a great adjustment.

For those interested...Here is a LAB correction of the image.  No other corrections have been done...
As you can see LAB is a very powerful tool.

Boyd,
So far so good...

A mild critique...The best kind I think...

Shot 0 is your image as uploaded.  I have placed hue clocks on the frame to show what is going on.  Something you will be learning more about in CM101.  If you look at the hue clocks that show the skin tones you see that they are all in an acceptable place...the hand is pointing between 1 and 1:30 on the clock.  This is generally a good zone for skin tones...but;  The hue clock on the sweatshirt tells a different tale.  It shows a cyan/green cast...

Shot 1 shows your image with a neutral point place on the sweatshirt.  Right click on the sweatshirt area and choose "set neutral" you will see as shown that the shirt becomes neutral and the skin tones warm up a bit...

Great job overall...this is exactly the stuff we are going to cover in the class.

Layer one was a neutral on the sweatshirt and a bit of lightening in the combined channel.Layer two was a saturation boost to 1.25 in Lab.Finallysome sharpening.GregM

Selected head and took away some red in the red channel of RGB.GregM

Hm?Top of head show strong green reading  in hue clock?

Last step shows hair moved towards a neutral reading.

Good catch on the green hair..that is a Big no no...

Since you have him Masked you might want to invert the mask and make the leaves less red...
