Thanks for reporting this, Ganna.  I will send you a copy via email.

I just tested, using a non-admin account, and I was not able to recreate the error - not unusual.

I've included screenshots of what you would normally see, if you could let me know which screen the error occurs on, and any other details, that would be very helpful.

The last screen for saving the actual download will differ, depending on which browser you are using.  I used Firefox for these screen shots, and also tested using Internet Explorer 8, and chrome.

Thanks - this gives me a good idea of where to look for the problem.  Hopefully I can fix this in a jiffy.

I think I've fixed the problem - quite a few people have their account set up in such a way that they cannot access the downloads.  I've fixed your ganna account, so it should be OK, and will work on the others.  Let me know if you get a chance to try this out.

The problem should be solved now, for everyone.

For the curious, this had to do with how we had the forum groups set up.  We were doing this in a way that prevented about half the people from accessing downloads!
