Topic: Current Version, Downloads and Upgrades

I have a question about whether I have the latest CM Version and, if there is an updated version, where I download from.  I show that I have version 3.0.1.  The website shows the latest "shipping version" as 3.0.8.  I have the Elements only version, and that might account for the difference.

Also, is there an upgrade path from Elements-only CM to the full Photoshop version?

If you go to Start>>Programs>Curvemeister.com>Auto Update.

It should find the correct version for you.

Under the category:  "It's never easy,"  here is what the updater reports:

   'Curvemeister_3demo' (version: 3.0.9b)
    [box] up-to-date

So I can't update.

I am not sure why it is referencing the demo version and when I use Curvemeister, it indicates I am using version  3.0.1.

Any ideas?

Should I uninstall Curvemeister and reinstall?

Do you have the install key??
If so you can download the latest version and install it. 

Mike has had some issues in the past where he has to tell the dowload program something that I have no access to to fix this...

It is usually a simple process.  I'll notify Mike and he should respond fairly soon.

Hi Brian,

3.0.8 is indeed the latest shipping version.  There is a stable beta, version 3.0.12, that I now recommend people install in preference to 3.0.8.

I'll be contacting you in the next minute or so via email to get you set up with the latest beta version.

There is an item on the price list for upgrading from the Elements only version to the full Photoshop and Elements version.
