Is it possible to save the mask and use this mask as a selection in PS?

Yes - use the copy command to copy the mask to the clip board, then leave curvemeister and paste it into a new location.

To use it as a selection, go into quickmask mode in Photoshop, and paste the data, or paste it to a new channel and load the selection from the channel.
